I've been torn for over a week. Should I share the fact that we baptized our child or keep it private? I know that most of our readers do not believe in infant baptism. I get that. There was a time I thought it was heretical. If you are in the camp that strongly opposes it, please understand that we do not think it is an act of salvation. If you really want to know 'why' we decided infant baptism is Biblical, you can always e-mail me (assuming that you know my e-mail address).
God has really worked in my life the past couple of years. Especially this past one. I think He has used the hard times to help me better understand salvation and God's love. I pray and hope that Audrey will grow to understand God's gift of salvation! I hope you will all pray for her, too.

We're glad to know you baptized Audrey and glad to hear God has been working in your life lately. Two great things! :)
Wow she is the spitting image of Joel in that first picture! What a cutie!!! Keep the pictures coming!
Thanks for the sweet comment, EMU!
Bethany-EVERYONE thinks she looks like Joel. I know she has his dimples!
What a blessing it is that you baptized your beautiful baby! God bless you and your family.
You guys helped us think about infant baptism in a different way when we came for a visit. We really appreciated it. Sounds like God is working in NJ!
