A List of Symptoms....If You Have 3 of These You Have the Diagnosis of "nursing student"

1. Does this phrase frequent your vocabulary "I used to have friends, but after I started studying they've kind of disapeared"

2. You are deathly afraid that after you get married you will get pregnant. You've considered using 5 forms of birth control....all at ONCE.

3. Your family is planning your wedding for you...figuring out how you're going to get all of your nursing assignments done is the only type of planning you have time for.

4. The gym....You love it...You tell all your patients they should go there....but for some reason (HOMEWORK) you don't make it there as often as you should (even if you were a personal trainer in the past)

5. You talk about bowel movements and ostomies....while your eating.

6. The word "discharge" frequents your vocabulary every day.

7. You assess people wherever you go...the parking lot, Target even at restaurants.

8. You know EXACTLY how many weeks of school you have left until your next break (even if it is the very first day you started nursing school)

9. You see your fellow nursing students more than your own family.
